Snapshot is basically a clone of your account, and you can add this clone account to another account with the help of a unique link. Imagine you have one account that has all the funnels and campaigns, including email, marketing, automation, app automation, and landing pages. Now, you want to transfer all your data to another account. Here comes our hero snapshot that helps you make clones of all the things and assists you in transferring them to another account.
You have to follow these three steps to create a snapshot in HighLevel
You have to Login into your account and navigate the dashboard button on the top left corner of the screen.
Now, navigate the client section and explore your existing clients list.
Now click on the desired client account to create a snapshot, and you will be taken to the client’s specific dashboard.
From that dashboard, you can now create a snapshot by following these steps.
You have to click on the Account Snapshot tab on the upper left-hand side of the screen
Now click the “Create Snapshot” option.
Give it a name to relocate it easily.
Now, you can select the data you want to add to the Snapshot.
Now click Create your snapshot is ready.
For the correct maintenance of the client’s data, you can regularly take snapshots of the client’s data. Also, you need to understand that you have to select the right client before making the Snapshot, as each snapshot has its own unique identity, and you can't change it later, nor can you transfer it to another account.
Select your desired data fields to add them in Snapshot.

First, get the snapshot link from the person or the provider so that you can import the snapshot into your account.
Now, log into your account.
Now open another tab and make sure that you do not log out from your account.
Now select the unique link of the snapshot, copy it and now you have to paste that link on the Address bar of the next tab.
Now press and enter, and it will open a window and will ask your permission to import a snapshot from it.
Click on Yes! Import now tab and your fill will import.
You can access your imported snapshot file in the imported snapshot tab available in the settings section of your business portal.
