HighLevel LevelUp 2026 new features rolling out live from Dallas

HighLevel LevelUp 2026: What's New So Far

October 27, 2026

HighLevel's flagship event, LevelUp 2026, is live right now at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, running October 26 to 29 with more than 1,500 founders and agency owners in the room. HighLevel says it is unveiling over 300 product features and updates across the event, plus a first look at its 2027 roadmap and, in its own words, new AI features nobody has seen yet revealed live on stage. The first wave already landed on the official changelog on day one. Here is what is actually live now, what each release does, and what it means for your agency.

Everything below is confirmed on HighLevel's official changelog and dated during the event. We are keeping the bigger keynote and AI announcements separate until HighLevel documents them, so you can trust that what is listed here is real and shipping, not a rumour from the floor.

When and where is LevelUp 2026?

LevelUp 2026 runs October 26 to 29, 2026 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. It is HighLevel's annual flagship event, where the founders unveil the year's biggest product releases, share the next roadmap, and host the awards gala. The stage this year features Gary Vaynerchuk, Daymond John, Neil Patel, Ryan Deiss and more. If you want the full rundown of dates, tickets and schedule, we covered it in our LevelUp 2026 Dallas guide.

The builder got a serious upgrade

The biggest cluster of day-one releases lands in the funnel, website and forms builder, the tools most agencies live in every day. Five updates shipped together, and they add up to a meaningfully smarter builder.

Native quiz element in funnels and websites

You can now add, create and edit quizzes directly inside the funnel and website builder, with no embed codes and no third-party tool. Quiz funnels are one of the best lead-generation and segmentation plays there is, and until now most agencies bolted on Typeform or Interact to run them. Having a native quiz element means the data lands straight in the CRM, the styling matches your funnel, and there is one less subscription in the stack.

Recommendations and error detection in forms, surveys and quizzes

When you save a form, survey or quiz, HighLevel now lists any validation errors with click-to-field navigation, and suggests fixes for the mistakes that quietly kill conversions, like a placeholder URL left in a button or a payment element still in test mode. There is also a new Insights tab. In practice this means fewer broken forms shipped live and fewer of those painful why is nothing coming through moments a week later.

Forms that create opportunities, companies and custom objects, no contact needed

This one is bigger than it sounds. Forms can now create opportunity, company or custom object records without requiring a contact, including linked record pairs. It is part of an Opportunity-First private beta. For anyone doing B2B or company-level work, or building on custom objects, this removes a long-standing limitation where everything had to hang off a contact record first. It opens up cleaner pipeline capture and far more flexible data workflows.

Automatic taxes and better address collection

Order forms can now calculate tax automatically from the customer's address, and the address element is more flexible, with a renamable label and a separate billing address that can mirror shipping with one click. If you run any kind of paid form or e-commerce checkout in HighLevel, this cuts manual tax setup and makes your checkouts cleaner and more correct out of the box.

Product-level conditional logic

Conditional logic in forms and surveys can now use specific products as conditions across four logic types, and show or hide individual products and variants. That means genuinely smart order forms, dynamic upsells and cross-sells, and product displays that change based on what the buyer has already chosen.

The Affiliate Manager grows up

The second big cluster is HighLevel's Sub-Account Affiliate Manager, the tool that lets you run affiliate and referral programs for your own clients. Four updates shipped on day one, and together they turn it from a basic feature into something you can actually build a referral business on.

Unlimited hiring depth for multi-tier campaigns. Affiliates at any tier can now recruit sub-affiliates, while commission payouts still follow your campaign's tier settings. That lets your clients build deep referral networks without hitting an artificial ceiling. Audit logs. The Affiliate Manager is now an Audit Logs module, tracking changes to campaigns, affiliates and commissions with before-and-after values, which is exactly what you want the moment a commission dispute comes up. PayPal-denied payout handling. Failed PayPal payouts now get their own Failed tab, show the failure reason, and offer a Retry Payment action, so affiliates actually get paid. Public API access. There are now 32 public REST endpoints plus new read and write OAuth scopes for affiliates, campaigns, commissions and payouts, which means you can automate and integrate affiliate programs instead of managing them by hand.

If running affiliate programs is interesting to you, it is worth remembering you can also earn from HighLevel itself. You can sign up as a HighLevel affiliate under our team here and get support promoting the platform you already use.

QR codes for calendars, services and rentals

HighLevel added new QR code types for booking destinations, with QR codes auto-created inside the calendars, services and rentals sections, complete with scan statistics, editing and downloads. This is a quiet but genuinely useful one for any business that bridges offline and online: print a QR on a flyer, a table tent, a vehicle wrap or an event banner, and send people straight to a booking page while tracking exactly how many scans each placement drives.

What HighLevel teased on the main stage

Beyond the changelog, HighLevel has promised a lot more from the stage: over 300 product features and updates across the four days, a first look at the 2027 roadmap, and new AI capabilities it says nobody has seen yet. Those headline AI reveals are not documented yet, so we are not going to put words in HighLevel's mouth. What we will say is that the direction is clear. Last year's event pushed AI Agents and the AI-powered builder hard, and the recent AI Studio GitHub sync release shows HighLevel is serious about making its AI tools something developers and agencies can build on properly. We will update this post as the big announcements are confirmed.

What this actually means for your agency

Here is the honest truth about LevelUp week: every agency owner watches the same announcements, and most of them do nothing with them. The quiz element sits unused, the smarter forms never get rebuilt, the Affiliate Manager upgrade never gets switched on. The agencies that win are the ones that actually implement the new features into client accounts quickly, while they are fresh and before competitors catch up. That is exactly what our team does. GHLStarboys was named among HighLevel's 2026 LevelUp award winners, and our 350+ experts across 1,200+ agencies spend their days building this platform at a high standard. If you want these features actually working in your accounts rather than on a someday list, that is the gap we fill, and you can see how to structure your own team around it in our guide to building a GoHighLevel agency team.
