Everything HighLevel Announced at LevelUp 2026
LevelUp 2026 has wrapped in Dallas. Across four days at the Hilton Anatole, with more than 1,500 founders and agency owners in the room, HighLevel unveiled what it says are over 300 features and improvements. If you strip away the noise, the story of this year's event is simple: HighLevel is turning itself from a CRM into an AI-powered operating system for entire businesses. Here is the complete rundown of what was announced, what is live now, what is coming, and what it actually means for your agency.
Everything below is drawn from HighLevel's keynote and its official changelog, which shipped a wave of releases during the event itself. We covered the first batch earlier in the week in our LevelUp 2026 first-wave post. This is the full picture.
The headline: HighLevel went all-in on AI
If one word defined LevelUp 2026, it was AI. The biggest announcements were all about making the platform think and act on its own, and they reach almost every corner of the product.
Conversation AI gets a real builder
Conversation AI now has a flow-based builder, rich replies, outbound agents and native database reactivation. In plain terms, you can design how the AI handles a conversation step by step, it can reach out to leads rather than only reply, and it can wake up a dead contact list automatically. For agencies, database reactivation alone has been one of the highest-value offers you can sell, and having it baked into Conversation AI makes it far easier to deliver at scale.
Managed Agents that fix themselves
HighLevel's Managed Agents picked up self-healing, memory, browser-based work and an n8n importer. Self-healing means the agent can recover when a step breaks instead of silently failing. Memory means it remembers context across runs. Browser-based work means it can operate on the web like a person would, and the n8n importer lets you bring existing automations across. This is HighLevel pushing agents from a demo toward something you can actually trust in a client account.
Ask AI, now everywhere
Ask AI, HighLevel's assistant, expanded across shared Spaces, phone, WhatsApp, Slack, funnels, workflows and MCP connectors. The point is that you no longer have to be sitting in the dashboard to ask the platform to do something. It meets you in the tools you already use, which lowers the barrier to actually using AI day to day rather than just having it available.
Creator Studio is live
Creator Studio launched and is live now. It generates and edits logos, social posts, reels, banners and video ads directly inside HighLevel. For agencies that have been stitching together Canva, a video tool and a designer, having creative generation native to the platform is a genuine time and cost saver, and it keeps the whole content workflow in one place.
AI video, web search and skills inside your workflows
On the automation side, the AI Agent action got a serious upgrade that landed on the changelog during the event. It can now run a web search mid-run, generate an AI video from a prompt using Google's Veo 3.1, and use Skills, which are reusable procedures the agent loads only when relevant. There is also a Test Workflow button right inside the AI Builder so you can see each step's result as you build. These are the kind of concrete, shipped features that separate a real platform from a stage demo, and they are documented on the changelog now.
You can now build HighLevel workflows with AI
This one deserves its own section because of how far it goes. HighLevel put Workflows into MCP and shipped a Workflows API, both in private beta. Workflows in MCP means AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can find, read, build, publish and debug your HighLevel workflows directly. The Workflows API lets developers do the same through code. Alongside that, two new workflow actions landed: Router, which runs every matching branch rather than stopping at the first like If and Else does, and Loop, which repeats actions for each item in a list with optional parallel execution.
Put together, this is a big deal for anyone who builds automations for a living. You can describe an automation in plain language to an AI assistant and have it built in HighLevel, and the new Router and Loop actions remove two of the most annoying limitations power users have worked around for years.
HighLevel became an operating system, not just a CRM
The second big theme was scope. HighLevel announced a set of industry operating systems and native tools that push it well beyond marketing automation.
Industry operating systems. HighLevel Restaurants and HighLevel Field Services are available now on the Founder Plan, and HighLevel Business Coaching was announced as a launch industry. These are tailored versions of the platform built around how a specific industry actually runs, rather than a generic CRM you have to bend into shape. Native project management and ticketing. Both were announced as coming soon on the Founder Plan roadmap, which means client work and support can live inside HighLevel instead of a separate Asana or Zendesk. Meeting Rooms and Events. Meeting Rooms were announced and Events were presented as available, bringing video and event hosting into the platform. Workflow Maps and Custom Navigation. Workflow Maps give you a visual overview of how your automations connect, and Custom Navigation, rolling out in stages, lets you reshape the menu around how you actually work.
The Founder Plan and the $20 AI Employee
The commercial headline was the Founder Plan. HighLevel renamed the $497 Agency Pro plan to the Founder Plan, keeping the price the same, and loaded it with the new advanced products: Industries Mode, Workflow Maps, the Founders Club, and eligibility for the new Partner Network. Most of the marquee launches above sit on this plan.
The one that will get agencies talking is the $20 AI Employee Starter plan. For $20 per month per client sub-account, which only Founder Plan agencies can offer, you can give clients the AI assistants, Ask AI, AI Studio and Creator Studio, on standard models. Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Managed Agents are billed separately. For agencies running SaaS Mode, this is a clean, cheap entry product to put AI in front of every client and then upsell the heavier agents from there.
An AI Search and Visibility platform is coming
HighLevel also previewed an AI Search and Visibility platform, listed as coming soon. It is designed to track your visibility across both traditional search and AI model providers, which is exactly the problem every business is waking up to right now as answers move from Google links to AI-generated responses. If it delivers, it brings SEO and AEO tracking into the same platform your clients already live in, which is a smart place for HighLevel to plant a flag.
The HighLevel Partner Network
Finally, HighLevel announced the Partner Network. Applications and partner profiles are rolling out now, and direct client matching is set to begin on January 1, 2027. The idea is HighLevel connecting businesses that need help with vetted agencies and experts who can deliver it. If you run an agency, getting your profile in early is worth doing. And if you want to earn from HighLevel directly in the meantime, you can join as a HighLevel affiliate under our team here.
What this means for your agency
Three hundred features is a lot to take in, and that is exactly the trap. Every agency owner left Dallas, or watched the stream, with the same list. The ones who win are not the ones who watched the keynote, they are the ones who get these tools working in client accounts fast, while they are new and before everyone else catches up. Conversation AI reactivation offers, Creator Studio content, the $20 AI Employee as a client upsell: these are revenue you can act on this quarter. GHLStarboys was named among HighLevel's 2026 LevelUp award winners, and our 350+ experts across 1,200+ agencies do exactly this, turn new HighLevel releases into working systems in real accounts. If you want these announcements implemented rather than bookmarked, that is the gap we fill.
